01. How much does personal training cost?

Pricing varies by program and duration. Call or message. We scope your goals first, then discuss the specific program. No public rate card.
02. Where are you located in Vadodara?

Training is conducted at partner gyms across Vadodara. Exact location is shared on the consult call once we confirm your schedule and goals.
03. Do you offer online coaching outside India?

Yes. Online coaching runs via WhatsApp from anywhere in the world. Programming and check-ins are in English. Time zones are manageable.
04. How long before I see results?

Visible body-composition changes typically appear within 6–8 weeks of consistent training and diet. Strength gains are often felt sooner.
05. Do I need prior gym experience?

No experience needed. Many clients start as complete beginners. First sessions cover form, breathing, and movement before any loaded barbell work. See /beginners.
06. Can I train for a bodybuilding competition?

Yes. Competition prep is a specialist offering. A structured 16-week plan covers peak week, posing, diet timing, and stage readiness. Santosh has competed at district, state, and international level.
07. What equipment do I need for online coaching?

A gym with standard equipment works: barbell, dumbbells, adjustable bench, cable machine. Kettlebell-only programs are available for those training at home.
08. Do you create diet plans for vegetarians?

Yes. Diet plans cover vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and mixed preferences. Jain and eggitarian variations are also available. See /services/diet-nutrition-planning.
09. How often are check-ins during online coaching?

Weekly check-ins are standard: photos, measurements, a brief text summary. More frequent contact is available during competition prep or the first month.
10. Can women train with Santosh?

Yes. Clients of all genders train across programs. Female clients requesting in-person sessions can specify time-slot preferences on the consult call.
11. What is the minimum age for training?

15 and above for personal training. Below 15 requires parental supervision with bodyweight and mobility focus, and no loaded barbell lifts. Discuss on consult.
12. Do you work with injured or recovering clients?

Acute injuries require clearance from a physiotherapist or doctor first. Post-clearance rehab-focused training is available. Santosh is not a licensed physiotherapist. Medical conditions must be disclosed.
13. How do I cancel or pause a program?

Programs can be paused up to 4 weeks per cycle for travel or work. Cancellation requests are handled case-by-case on WhatsApp.
14. Can I see credentials before signing up?

All credentials are listed on /credentials. Includes IIFSM personal training certification, EKFA Kettlebell Instructor Level 1, and 12+ competition trophies. Click any badge to view the certificate.
15. Where can I see client results?

See /transformations for before-and-after photos and client progress. No names are published without consent.
